This portrait series was inspired by sweet little girl who was on Cannon Beach. She found a bunch of stemmed roses from an earlier wedding and she had stuck them all into the sand. I told her it was beautiful and she said it was her 'beach rose garden.' I asked her and her mom if I could take her picture and do a portrait. The little girl broke into a huge smile and gave me the proudest little pose standing by her roses!
